OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (Part Time) (JOB # 2017.0048)

  • Summary: Will provide high quality evaluation, treatment, communication, and documentation within the scope of occupational therapy services. These services are provided for inpatients throughout the lifespan, with possibility of occasional outpatient services. Clinical niche areas welcome and supported.
  • Required Qualifications: Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited school. Licensed in the State of Wisconsin or license eligible. Registered with the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy. BLS within six months of hire if not certified upon hire. Successful completion of academic clinical experience.
  • Desired Qualifications: Two+ years of varied experience. Experience with computer-aided documentation systems.
  • Schedule: Part time, 0.6 FTE, 24 hours/week, 3, 8-hour days -OR- 4, 6-hour days, plus weekend rotation for inpatient coverage.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST (JOB # 2017.0019)

  • Summary: Will provide high quality evaluation, treatment, communication, and documentation within the scope of physical therapy services. These services are provided for inpatients and outpatients throughout the lifespan. A collaborative environment is offered for the experienced therapists and new graduates seeking to enhance their clinical skills.
  • Required Qualifications: Graduate of physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Successful completion of academic clinical experiences. Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Wisconsin or license eligible. BLS within six months of hire if not certified upon hire.
  • Desired Qualifications: Experience with computer-aided documentation systems. Clinical areas of expertise are welcomed and supported.
  • Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, day shift, inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with weekend/holiday rotation for inpatient care.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (Casual) (JOB # 2018.0001)

  • Summary: Will evaluate and treat inpatients throughout the lifespan with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
  • Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. One year of Speech-Language Pathology experience. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in process of attaining CCC. Member in good standing with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Licensed or license eligible in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Desired Qualifications: Member in good standing with the Wisconsin Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Schedule: Casual, for weekend rotation, plus other shifts as needed for coverage.
